Why vitamin D?

Vitamin D is a nutrient we all need.  Ironically enough, I’m deficient, but that’s another story for another time.  You can absorb vitamin D easily just by soaking up a little sunshine.  Being in the sun brings me joy as well as value –  in the form of a nutrient I need.  I hope I bring both joy and some value to the people around me as well.

I like to think I’ve got a pretty great life.  I’ve been blessed with an amazing family, including my three awesome sibs, great friends, dedicated teammates and an incredible boyfriend.  My passions include running, writing and long walks on the beach – and by long walks on the beach, I mean laying on a towel for hours on end on the beach.  Working as a Corporate Communications Specialist helps pay the bills and I have a some fun between 9 and 5 too.

Hi made in the 80’s… just checking out your site for the first time – it’s fun! Hey I graduated in the 80’s, does that make us have something in common, besides being runners?? Sometimes after a run I feel like I am under 30 instead of over 40… On another note, Jeremiah 29:11 is one of my faves, repeated it all day long during (a stressful day at) work the other day to remind myself that He’s got something good for me… See you around…

Thanks for checking it out, Pam! And yes, I love Jer. 29:11. One of my friends thought my paraphrase was the actual verse – so funny!
